• Request Quote / product enquiry form — name, phone number, email address, your message, and, if provided, how you identify yourself (e.g. paint dealer, distributor, industrial buyer, OEM customer).
• Request Sample form — name, phone number, email address, your message, and the specific product the sample request relates to.
• Distributor application form — name, business name, phone number, city/territory, current business type, and any notes you provide. This form does not collect an email address.
• Career application form — name, phone number, email address, the position you are applying for, your message, and the resume/CV file you upload.

We do not ask for payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through any Site form.

Technical information. Like most websites, basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) may be automatically recorded by our hosting/server infrastructure for security and operational purposes. This information is not used to individually track visitors across other websites.

Information submitted through the Site is used to:

• Respond to your contact and general enquiries;
• Respond to product and sales enquiries;
• Process and follow up on sample requests;
